What is it that an MLM prospect wants from you as their sponsor? In other words….why do they join you? Understanding this is like unlocking the gate to attracting the RIGHT kind of people you want in your business to you.

People join people. They do not join companies, products, compensation plans, or any of the other things drilled into our minds early on in our MLM business. They join you….which means something very important. You have to be worth joining!

Throughout time there have been certain qualities and characteristics that have made certain people more attractive then others. MLM is no different. The characteristic that by far will attract the most people in MLM is leadership. I repeat Leadership. People join leaders.

Therefore if you want to succeed in MLM you have to breakdown and digest what it means to be a leader. You have to study leadership, embody leadership, and teach leadership. And you have to recruit leadership. Hands down, all the 6 figure monthly earners have organizations FULL of leaders, duplicating other leaders.

An MLM prospect joins you if they see you as having value to offer them. No value to give them, no reason to join. When you educate yourself you build the value of yourself, and in turn have value to offer others.
